Applicator Training

The right Technician for every case...

Regular and intensive training is provided for all applicators using our products to (ensure) that the application is done correctly. In-house as well as overseas training in Singapore and Germany supports the applicator in their approach to the problem. All our applicators acquire an IRP (Injection, Repair and Protection) certification by passing the independent exam from BZB (Bildingszentrum der Bauwesens e.V.) an equivalent educational institute for Australia's TAFE system.

REACh European Chemical Legislation

Consequences of the new European Chemical Legislation REACh.

To ensure the safe production and use of chemicals, the member states of the European Union have agreed a uniform chemical legislation, REACh, with a strong focus on the protection of human health and the environment. The REACh-Regulation creates new standards for the whole of Europe in terms of registration, evaluation and approval of old and new chemical substances.
With REACh Europe's industry is facing the implementation of the most comprehensive legislation with regard to environmental policies that the EU has brought about in the last 20 years.
Manufacturers and importers of chemical substances have to provide evidence that their substances, compositions and products are harmless to the health of the applicator or user and do not harm the environment. With this producers now bear the responsibility for the safe production and handling of chemicals produced by them.
As a European company, MC Building Chemicals stands for reliable compliance with REACh and supports its customers in its practical application.

Company profile

Building Chemical Supplies (Australia) Pty Ltd commenced operations in 2004 in Gladstone QLD to service the industrial and mining market segments.

With the large infrastructure projects of the Clem 7 road tunnel and the Gateway duplication, relocation of BCS to Brisbane was inevitable and culminated in a new head office being established at Morningside.

BCS has carefully chosen business partners that have similar ethics and ideals to our own. Our partners are all family owned and operated which promotes the concept of customer service as well as providing the best products available in their respective fields.

Our aim is to provide engineered solutions utilising the best construction chemicals through proven application techniques and equipment. To meet this need 40% of our staff have professional engineering qualifications and 80% have IRP certification. MC-Bauchemie of Germany provide the construction chemicals technology while Desoi and Max Frank GmbH of Germany provide the specialist application equipment.

We believe, along with our partners, that business is all about relationships. Positive relationships between supplier and customer will develop the long term trust and loyalty that maximises the benefits to all parties concerned. The relationship with our partners allows us to draw on years of experience on projects throughout world - expertise that is envied by many of our competitors.

MC-Bauchemie Müller GmbH & Co.

MC-Bauchemie Müller GmbH & Co. KG of Germany, provide us with the latest and most innovative construction chemicals in the form of concrete admixtures, protective coatings, concrete repair materials and injection resins.

MC-Bauchemie has been in operation for 50 years, with 40 offices located in 30 countries and manufacturing in 20 locations. The company is still owned and operated by the Müller family and has a total staff of over 2000 people and 10% of them are directly involved in research and development.

The name MC-Bauchemie stands for sophisticated products and systems based solutions that have been developed from worldwide expertise in the construction industry.

Desoi GmbH

Desoi GmbH of Kalbach Germany has been manufacturing injection technology systems for over 30 years under the control and ownership of Mr Siegfried Desoi. The Desoi name is synonymous with innovative injection systems for concrete repair or large diameter packers for ground injection and stabilisation.

Specialised hand, pneumatic or electric pumps have been developed for specific injection materials at ratios of 1:1 or 3:1 depending on product requirements. Innovative coupling systems have been developed for both high and low pressure injection to ease and simplify the process of injection in difficult conditions.

Mixing devices have also been developed for the mixing of resins and cement products including ultrafine cement suspensions.

Max Frank GmbH & Co. KG

Max Frank GmbH & Co. KG headquartered in Leiblfing Bavaria, has been providing technologies for the construction industry since 1962 and is now under the guidance of the second generation of the Frank family.

The company has always been guided by the same core values: the highest product quality, technically comprehensive solutions for the construction industry and growth shared with customers, suppliers and partners alike.

Further, the company fosters an open and transparent communication culture that ensures a comprehensive customer service - a tradition that the company is committed to maintaining.
